CL2-WIN10 maintenance reboot 11PM EDT

We will be issuing a reboot tonight to Win10 for quick maintenance of patch install between 11PM EDT and 11:30PM EDT. There will be 5-8 minutes of outage during the restart.

Patches are installing, IIS may be down several minutes.
