CL2-WIN6 - Blue screen urgent reboot - being checked

There is still something odd happening, going to try to go to safe mode and find anything.
 
Running scans from the node side now, not within the server itself. Finding some issues and resolving. If this is not able to be fixed in the next 2 hours we will prepare a new server to restore the server over to, possibly a 2008 server as we are moving there in the coming months anyway.
 
We are hoping this will be resolved within the next 45 min or less now. Unique situation, and it is made worse by fact that the backups were made today, actually just within hours before this disk issue came, but it looks like due to taking sector level backups we likely backed up some of the bad(because of no reboot), and need to do same work to restore, so either way this has to be done.
 
Windows itself, is working now, the server is up. However the D drive is showing as raw partition and not as NTFS. Working now to see why this is/can be.
 
Data is there, IIS even works, but there are no permissions sets, which is not good. So IIS is stopped at the moment while working this situation with the data partition.
When all seemed to be turning around...
 
Scandisk is seeming to go faster now, even within windows and here too we have a hint of how much is done (looks to be about 30% now). Windows is staying up and working properly to this point even when we are hitting it very hard with repair requests, so the OS side is looking to be good now.
 
The server has been online for 20 minutes now (IIS as well) and going, we are still working on it, but it is live now.
