Client email keeps resending

I have a client on my reseller account who sent me an email with a 3 MB attachment. It keeps resending itself. I have probably gotten it 20-30 times over the last 2 days.

What can I do??????

is it having a different timestamp each time? is it stuck in their outbox thinking it is fialing to keeps retrying?

Different timestamps. I have gotten 5 since I posted.

Many times? Their email client is set to check for new mail too soon. It is because of a connection speed that the send cannot complete the send before the timer rechecks for new items to send/receive. So the email does not finish sending before the next event. You might find they are checking for new mail like once a minute or something like that... Most people do not need to check for new mail more than once every 10 minutes.
