Cluster 1 Web 17 - problems

Can someone please explain the Web17 situation?

Domains seem to randomly quit working, and so far support tickets only fix things one at a time?

I guess I don't understand why a SERVER problem can't be fixed at the SERVER level. Making users submit EVERY single domain in a trouble ticket is tedious.

On top of that live chat and support tickets won't even say what is wrong, just "Please update us with the domain name. We will check the issue and do the needed."
 
I am facing the same issue. I have a pile of clients complaining about their sites being down. Very slow trouble ticket response.
 
Hey guys, sorry about the handling issues on this, it was not happening completely on server level, but what was happening is anytime someone would set something in the control panel, it was sending apache in loops.
