ColdFusion - Cant Enable - Pls Help

Hi,

I try to enable (ON - Currently OFF) - Coldfusion on my client account but getting error - Extension .cfm already registered

I have submitted a ticket.. more than 24H ago but till now.. the problem still exist.

The response that i get from support was.. They keep asking me to enable the coldfusion at webservices - > Domain > webservices > coldfusion.

How could I ENABLE that thing if I received ERROR while doing that?

Pls help ASAP
