Common Issue: SMTP Problems

In order to check SPAM, a number of ISPs require you to route their outgoing email through their mail servers. So while sending an email, you'd get an error like the one below if your ISP requires you to do so:

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.yourdomain.com', Server: 'mail.yourdomain.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error number: 0x800CCC0E"

To solve such a problem, you must contact your ISP. They would give you their own SMTP mail server address which you must use instead of our's.
