Confused for days... how to put the mssql database on jodohost server?

All I want is to put IBuySpy database on the jodohost server but I have been struggling for days with no luck... I submitted lots of trouble tickets... I did get answers but I just got answers here and there... my problem stays the same...

I wonder if I have one person helping me all the time or I got answers from all different persons... The the response are not to the point very well...

And your documentation is very confusing too! At least to me.
 
From what I understand from Stephen, you need to do the following:

  1. Create a MS SQL database
  2. Create a username for that database
  3. Submit a ticket to have that username been given dbo access rights on the database

I don't have any experience with IBuySpy myself though, that's just how I understood it.
