connection failure

tried to log on to DWmail and recieved this error:

There was an error connecting to your mail server. Your server reported: Connection failed to mail.jodoshared.com,143: Connection refused


also, my mail has been horribly delayed all week
 
I'm getting the same error when trying to check mail through Netscape's mail client. But only for accounts set up as IMAP. The one account I use as SMTP is working fine.
 
I agree rokkein. getting the same error. And have noticed something going on past few days where imap wouldnt connect. then a while later, would work. Yet nothing has been posted in the forums etc. Weird.

This is on the server: mail
by the way.

PSoft was asked to look into the delay issue and they stopped some services a few times. Do you still see connection refused on imap?
