Constant interruption on several web services

Hi,

I have several domains in several servers Windows..., and no longer if it is the connection or that, but for several days in the beginning that I observe that the sites let work suddenly and they go suddenly super quick..., it has been adjudging it some breaks of the company of Spanish telephony, but this no longer is thus, I have proven to connect to me from several places, with different connections, and it is always happening to me the same, 5/10 minutes of connection, and soon 5 minutes of interruption of the service Web, to somebody him is happening this more?, this having several complaints of my clients by the same incident, and me is leaving crazy already...?(

I have not seen these, and out internal and external monitoring, both ours and third party have not reported this issue, can you give me anymore details, maybe in private message?
