i need to look for some ready-made contact management web-based software.
its not really sales based (which may rule out ACT! - not sure...?), but minly to collect info on people, details from meetings, keeping tabs, to be able to cut and slice to reach criteria based email lists etc.
any ideas? impressions? (even on ACT)
