Couple of general questions about support

    1. What are the hours for support (e-mail/tickets)
    2. Generally, what is the turn-around time on a trouble ticket?

    Hmm, I've never actually kept track of the times, but I would think it would be the work hours? I dunno where the JodoHost staff actually live though, and everything would depend on that.

    For the TT's, are you referring to a reply or a solution?

    Just a reply. I am not complaining, it's my first ticket in. Just wanted to know what to expect.

    Normally within 2 to 4 hours. Today was an exception. We were in the process of reassigning IPs and various post datacenter shift tasks that made it difficult for us to look into all tickets that required direct access to our servers

    Funny. I normally receive a reply within 30 minutes... infact I always have

    This is of course depends if you live approx. in same time zone as support. Yeah, they still need a time to sleep :)
