CP Backup

I am wondering why when I take a domain backup from the CP do I get a message saying "backup failed".

Why would a backup fail? Is there a maximum size the backup can be, or what else is going wrong?

It would be something we need to check the backup logs to see why it failed. I believe it could be from a file lock, but need to know the details, if it is something we can duplicate it would help, just send in a ticket and let us know

I dont know I take another backup just now and it gave me a download link. All the files were there.

If it happens again I will make a ticket, and I left the failed backup in my CP. I won't delete it just incase you need it.
