CP painfully slow

my CPs (reseller admin and resller clients) seems painfully slow this morning. logging in takes ages, and then trying to get to the email page. those were the one i tried.
 
yeep, Im also suffering from the same problem. Actually it was working pretty fine early in the morning but got dead slow in the last ~30mins...
