    It seems the default spf in hsphere is:

    v=spf1 a mx -all

    ... instead of:

    v=spf1 a mx ~all

    The default seems to cause spf bounces when sending from here. Is the default txt record for spf really "wrong" because it uses a dash instead of a tilde? And if so, is there any way to have hsphere default to the correct format?

    Or am I misunderstanding something? :)

    We request you to open a support ticket with the complete bounced message header. We will add correct SPF record for your concern domain.
