Deleting folder with root:root owner

I am trying to delete a domain folder from my account. I've used the HSphere file manager and dreamweaver but I cannot delete the folder. It has root:root as its owner. How can I delete it?
 
I've tried. I tick the checkbox to delete both the domain and it associated logs but when I click submit the page is displayed again and the domain hasn't been deleted.

It doesn't appear to be a browser issue; I've tried deleting the domain using firefox and ie.
 
I've managed to delete the domain through HSphere control panel. I selected the checkbox of the domain I wanted to delete, pressed submit, and was then taken back to the same page. I then DESELECTED the checkbox and pressed submit again. For some reason it deleted the domain when the checkbox was deselected.?(

I've noticed a few times on this forum when I've pressed a button(e.g. post reply) I've received a blank page and I've had to refresh my browser. Maybe this is an unrelated issue.
