Desparate for support help - sendmail down

I have placed a tcket regarding this but it is not showing in the ticket list, even after 20 mins, plus.

My customer is receiving no emails at all and he has an ecommerce website, I need this resolved asap.. he is really pissed as this keeps happening again and again.

I received no response with ticket sent via my email so I have no ticket number for you.

Please contact me as soon as possible.

it sounds like you have a mismatched email address in the helpdesk which makes issues like this (meaning hsphere contact info is not the same as the one you sent from)

send to helpline @ jodohost/dot/com

(you know the proper format, hiding address from bots)
