Frequently my customers' sites will get screwed up and report 0 for the disk quota. In those situations, I cannot update it and have to file a support ticket. That typically takes many hours to resolve. What is causing this? (It has been a problem for years.) What can I do to fix the problem on my own? What can I do to prevent the issue? It's painful for my customers. And it's embarrassing for me to have to tell my customers there's nothing I can do to fix the service they're paying me to provide.
