Just wondering if any else has experiencing any DNS problem lately. This issue is basically, the site is up and running but I can not access my website via http://www.mydomain.com however I can access my web site via http://mydomain.com

No, I did not submit a ticket as I have found that it tends to fix itself after about 2-3 minutes.
Well, you should be able to get the website with and without "www" at all times. If you face the issue again kindly submit a ticket with a traceroute for the www.domain.com you are having issues with.
