Domain issue

Stephen please help,
I have a ticket [RS #GWY-13223-331] that is unresolved. The email I just got back from support basicly restated what I already said. However the problem is not fixed. The domains in the ticket only work with WWW in front of the domain without it I get the default (brown cp login screen). I removed the default control panel pages login and index from both domain root directories. When I use www it opens fine (subdomain results in directory listing denied because I didnt post any pages there).

Ask them to recreate the DNS, if they have already done this, then do this, Start, Run, type CMD.

The type, ipconfig /flushdns

This will flush your local DNS resolver cache, if you this does not work it could be your local ISP DNS.
