DomainsGoFast - timeout on password recovery.

I forgot the password to login to my account at domainsgofast.com. When I go to the password recovery page and enter my email address to have a new password emailed out to me, the page times out or gives me the following page:

http://www.domainsgofast.com/error_cache.html

Also, I cannot get through to any of your chat operatives.
 
are you still getting a timeout now?

I just tried and it submitted properly.
