Downgrading from reseller to shared plan

Hello,

I've had a reseller account for the latest 2 years, but recently I have not used the reseller features, using this plan as a "super" shared hosting plan for my own purposes.

I'd want to know if a reseller plan can be downgraded to a "simple" shared windows plan, provided of course that all my resources (databases, emails, web sites, etc.) will continue to work during and after the downgrade.

Reseller plan cannot be downgraded to Shared plan without down time.

You need to first signup for a new shared account > transfer domains and all the data, once all the data get moved then you can change name servers of the domains.
