DSPAM Question

I would like to ask for some clarification. I thought that DSPAM was a tagging program and that CP Anti-spam setting were used to deal with incoming spam based on score.

On my accounts I have it set to relaxed and to mark spam (not delete) but items being sent are being rejected outright. EG below.

OK... this one was totally my fault... failed to see the effected user account was using custom anti-spam settings thus the bounce rather than mark.
