Dynamic PDF creation

Looking for something that will allow me to take some form results and create a pdf out of them. I was hoping for something in the Windows realm, but I am open to anything.

I saw an article about php_pdf.dll ( http://www.devarticles.com/c/a/PHP/Use-PHP-to-Create-Dynamic-pdf-Files/ ) and another at http://jodohost.webmastertoolkit.com/article.php?sid=362 but didn't know if they would work and was thinking maybe someone had something proven that they could point me in the direction of.

You can make it yourself but we can provide the base you can
customize from the ticket if you submit
Check your other topic for an alternative in asp.net you may like it even more
