Editing Responses on Support Tickets.

Many times you put in a response, then need to add or change something.

And you can't.

So you have to add a NEW reply......

I'm sure this leads to confusion.......

SO the replies should be Editable.....at least for a few minutes.....

good idea, will see if there is any mod we can install that may allow this.
