Email abuse resolved but no response...

Hi

A client's email address was disabled due to abuse. I had them scan/clean all computers on their network, which they did. About 3 hours ago I replied to the abuse notification I had received that everything was clean but I haven't heard any response yet.

Also, when I click on the links provided in the abuse notification email to view the ticket I get a 403 error. The email says the ticket number is #451411

The client is calling asking for an update - could I get an update?

Make sure you have to provide user system clean/ scan report while reply abuse email. Now i have resume smtp services for that email.
