Blocking bounces for already send mails, not much you can do 
SPF record can help spoofing, but I'd first want to check that they have NO TROJANS or virus infections in the clients PC. I recently had a friend and client of ours fora long time (personal friend) that had a trojan with a stolen password due to it, that really cause her some nightmares with about 5000 bounce messages it almost blew up her blackberry, literally it was HOT from all the data transfer.
A SPF won't help if they are able to send via the smtp with user/pass, we have seen and stopped this, dozens of times this last few months, it is a huge and growing problem!
