I have a client who has queried the mail service I / JodoHost provide (I'm a Reseller), and has asked what I can do in the event that a fire destroys his PC etc, which holds all his emails.
Is JodoHost able to help Resellers in this instance?
Any info would be great, regarding anything that other Resellers tell their clients etc.
