Email Difficulty

I've attempted to create a ticket twice and I get a successful submission with the note that it will show up in a few minutes - but it never shows up. I've submitted many tickets in the past so I'm not sure if it's me or not.

I'm having an issue sending an email and not sure if the reason for failed delivery is on my(Jodohost) side. Below is the partial message.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.m****here.biz.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Giving up on 64.202.166.12.
 
For some reason this server thinks that the HELO greeting is bogus.

I have sent a request and will find out what is going on there and get it fixed, the HELo greeting is not bogus.
 
Well me too, but there was a time that the CBL was listing the windows servers with a similar error, but never the mail servers. We have now had to give all windows mail servers a proper HELO greeting to prevent such issues, and they have not been listed since. Really surprised to see it on a real mail server, it is not even true.
 
Godaddy is being too agressive and customers there will certainely miss mails. SPF is probably better way to deal with this.
