Email List Program - Spam Blocked?

I use a program called Mailer Pro to send email campaigns to groups of email addresses. This program worked at a previous host (Reseller Center) without problems. I've now moved to Jodo Host but when I try to use this program I get spam detection errors and messages are not sent.

Does anyone know if programs like this are blocked? Are there similar email campaign programs I can use at Jodo host?

No they shouldn't be blocked. None of our mailserver IPs are on any blacklists.

Please open a ticket with the error messages and we can investigate
