    1 newsletter email from [email protected] marked as spam. How do I mark any email as NOT spam for the future?

    Do I have to go through ticket every time I want to mark as spam or not spam?

    We have turned off detail reporting for the domain which you mention in ticket and you will not receive any report mail in your mail box.
    but for whit-listing the email/domain name, you will have to let us know the email /domain name you want to white-list in ticket.

    To train for the twitter updates, you can move from the BAD folder to the good, and it will learn that the twitter mail is acceptable.

    Stephen, really? how do you do it? just using webmail or mail client?

    currently any spam emails to ANYTHING@mydomain.com will go to another email account: [email protected]

    where is that BAD folder?

    Nevermind I guess you don't have access to that, my bad :(

    It's something we have to do on the shared system.
