One of my customers is having a problem sending emails to any address not hosted on Jodohost - so he can send emails to me, but not to @hotmail.com or @btinternet.com for example. When sending emails outside of Jodohost, he gets the response back (almost immeadiately):

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at @.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[email protected]>:
Sorry, I couldn't find any host named hotmail.com. (#5.1.2)

--- Enclosed are the original headers of the message.

I tried to raise a ticket for this, but ironically the reseller support ticket page appears to have problems of its own - I'm seeing the following:

-----------------------------
Error 500: Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

The problem is on the server side, not with your browser or the address. Most probably, a certain service (e.g., Tomcat engine) is down. Please contact your webmaster.

Helpdesk, as well as the DNS resolution issue as seen by your customer on this mailserver have been corrected.
