Email problem?

I am having trouble receiving and sending email. The server response time is so slow that I have to wait more than 20 seconds to check or send email. Is something wrong?
 
Where is the delay? During authentication or connection?

Is anyone else facing this problem? Email is working pretty fast for me.
 
Have no problems. Tried to send and receive, same result. Fast and working... Maybe it was just a temporary "glitch"?

I think it's just temporary "glitch" as StPatrick said, since it's working as fast as before now. Thanks for the quick reply though :D
 
Mine has been connecting fast, but there has been a slight delay in time sent, like I will send myself an email from home to my work addy and then when I get into work I will get it about 1 hour after I have already been in there. (It is not my work server as I get emails in "real time" from other people outside of the company) Only thing I have noticed.
