Email problems

I have submitted a trouble ticket, but no response yet...

Customers are complaining that email is not being delivered - basically all day.l

Oddly, sending email does NOT seem to be affected.

While I know you have "scheduled maintenance" there was no indication email would be down for extended periods like this.

Any updates?
 
It has already been fixed. There was a spammer injected huge spam due to which mail queue got choked.We have cleared spam from mail queue to fix the problem.
 
Same issue here - hearing from clients that there has been about a 6 hour delay for email receipt starting yesterday at some point.
 
I'm on mail1, and the problem seems to be resolved now. Emails are going out/being delivered in real time again.
