I saw that this has been asked before, but with no answer. I want to limit the CP access to let users add / delete email only. For most of my customers the CP is overwhelming most only care about adding / deleting email accounts. Is this possible to do? Is it possible to use an email only plan in conjunction with a hosting plan? both under the same domain name of course.

Sorry it did not show a new post for me here.

There is no way to do that, some people have requested it to the developers, but it is not a feature, or even a planned feature at this time.
