Error 500: Internal Server Error on Web4

All my Joomla sites on Web4 suffer from this frequently occuring error. Raising tickets doesn't solve the problem.

So, is Web 4 sub-standard? Do I have to move these sites to a more reliable server?

I thought that the move to Waco would consign this sort of snag to the trashcan, but if anything it's worse!

I'd be very grateful if Stephen, when he has a minute, could look into this to see what is being done about it.

Could you please provide us your ticket id, in which you have mentioned your domain names where getting this error ?

(All sites working right now - but they'll fail again - that's for certain!)
 
The 500 error is something that crops up occasionally on all but the servers we've done a recompile on, It hadn't hit all of them but seems that it is bound to at some point, the recompiles are rolling out but very slowly.
