File/directory level permissions?

At my old host I was able to manage file and directory level permissions via Plesk. However I can't seem to figure out how to do it here through HSphere.

I have a couple of dirs I need to grant special permissions on so my site will support user uploads (both php and asp based scripts). Can anyone shed some light on how I can set these permissions?

Plesk does have a good permissions manager, despite my best puppy dog face begging to Psoft, it does not exist in hsphere, submit a ticket and we will do it promptly, after the new ticket system is up more promptly

however, there are some default permissions given that may be suitable, if you have any issue we are here to resolve.
