Finding mysql

Can anyone instruct me how to get a mysql db going on a windows shared hosting plan? I guess I have to do this to run moodle but never did and don't see where the db server is or phpmyadmin or some administration tool.
 
make sure you have mysql on the plan and all should show up just like linux plans in the db dropdown
 
Thank you. I did check that and saw it. It makes sense I'll look into it some more to make sure that part is right.
 
You need to check MySQL option into plan. Please follow the below steps:-
1.Login into reseller control panel
2.Login into admin section
3. click on plan name on appeared page
4. Please check MySQL option on appeared page
5. check on "Do not change resource prices."
6 Click on next > set MySQL quota on next page
5. Save the changes.

After that you will be able to see MySQL and PHPMyadmin into your user control panel under Databases menu.
