Forgot to pay, have now paid but server not activated

Hi,

We forgot to pay our account and the vps was terminated. I admit this was our fault but due to christmas holidays etc we simply forgot.

We have not paid the account via paypal and I raised a ticket 5-6 hours ago to have the account restarted....but still no reply as the ticket shows "new, not assigned". I thought there was a 1 hours turnaround?

sorry for posting twice....i mistyped the title of the topic (have NOT paid instead of have NOW paid)

Just FYI, the billing department has to verify payments and sometimes the payment notifications to us get delayed by the processor as well as they do a fraud screening as well.

you account is active now however :)
