FTP and File Manager down

I suppose these are related to the Waco move. Not possible to use FTP nor the CP File Manager.

Also, Helpdesk still not accepting logins.
 
maybe hitting old server ip if it is a migrated domain (which i don't know and asked via private)
 
Sorry Stephen - my PM box was full so I had to clear it. The answer is an Authentication failure I'm afraid.
 
:( This is part of the DNS/IP mess on web4/5 that we are working to clear up already (as posted in migration thread) just learned that on checking with techs about the issue.
 
Just had an email from the Helpdesk people saying the login probs should be cured, along with all the DNS snags. Sad to say, neither is true - no change from a few hours ago.
 
Hrm, you will need to reply with which login is not working, I didn't get that detail in private to check further.
 
Reset to what - the one I PM'd? I still can't login to Web4 FTP nor Filemanager from the CP and still can't login to the Helpdesk.
