Ftp server issue

Hi,
I have problem getting data from my ftp server (iis 5) with PASV client mode. Keep getting error 425.
I know IIS 5 on win2000 sp4 allow both active and passive connection. And there is no way to disable either of them.

Anyone have any idea?

(connection can be done with active mode and I have check, no port >1024 are block by firewall)

which client are you running?

I have great sucess with Filezilla

I try ws_ftp, cuteftp and IE. All can get the data channel with active mode but not pasive.
