global.asa doesn't execute

I have a global.asa with Session_OnStart and Session_OnEnd Subs. They never seem to execute. I have set my Session.Timeout to 1. That should cause the session to end pretty quick, shouldn't it?
I have this in a sub-directory of the main website. Could this be an issue?
 
If I am remembering properly, the subfolder is the issue, you will need to send a ticket to create this folder as an application directory.

That did it. I just moved global.asa to the root and it worked.
I assume that this behavior holds for every account created at jodohost. Is this true?
