Google Page Speed & Windows Servers

    Has anyone had any luck with the Google Page Speed tool relating to how to improve the "leverage browser caching" error that keeps showing up? I have found many 'fixes' involving .htaccess but they obviously won't work on the Windows server. The server (W28) response times appear to be fine but can't seem to get past this one persistent error.

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
