H-Sphere cluster 1 control panel access

When I go to the link for pre 2007 reseller control panel login (resellerdesk.jodohost.com/support/index.php), I just get a Error 403: Forbidden, Your PHP settings have been disabled by an H-Sphere administrator.
How should I log into my reseller control panel now?
