help setting up a user

I have two accounts one on Win and the other on Linux I am trying to create a user on the linux account but hsphere will not let me. My account on Win is at it's max for mysql databases and I need to setup several db's on the linux account

In most cases it happens due to two reasons:

1. Trying to add same domain that exists in our system.
2. You have a negative balance.

Send a ticket to support so that they can look into it.
