help tickets

    I submit a ticket last week, no answer
    a few days later I submit a ticket again, no answer

    please Jodo, respond to help tickets !

    We have none that are sitting in queue that long. If you are a reseller, be sure that you sent to us, and not to your self, this is a common mistake to send to yourself.

    I checked if I sent the tickets correctly, but i can't see how
    I have submitted the tickets from the service account, is that wrong ?

    Yes that is wrong, that went to yourself, so we do not even see them.. our ticket IDs look totally different they typically have letters and numbers in them.

    go to (tells where to login based on date you became a customer)

    And you can email tickets as well:

    So, we did not, and are not ignoring you! We just can't see what you sent, we can get this resolved if you can send to the proper place. If you need assistance, go to and then to live chat, and someone will help you to submit a ticket to us if needing more than can be done on chat.
