Help upload problem VPs

hey i just got a VPS i want to upload some program to it i tried it threw SSH and it doesnt wokr

I really do not know shell commands that well but if you want to FTP into your VPS account, you will have to setup ProFTP. You can also use "get" to download programs and files from the internet

You should read some tutorial on shell commands in order to use your VPS account
