Hey Yash. Same issue here. I recreated the account and was issued an IP pretty close to the first one. I cannot connect to the new IP. I can however connect to the old IP.

Ok an update. We'll have this fixed by noon (15 hours from now).

We are going to be doing a fresh VPS and OS install if needed as well..

its 2005 now seems like the problem is still not solved
I have opened a ticket about it, hope you will fix it soon...

There is an issue with the networking, being that it is a holiday, the typical unix staff is not on hand to address this matter, it will be addressed when one is available.

no, it was Diwali, but also happened to be halloween as well, but Halloween is not too important in the scheme of things
