Help with Windows "web folders" feature

This maybe is a super simple question, but I can't make it work.
When input the Url at the Add Web Folder Wizzard it just say "Can not connect to the websever "http://myserver.com/test" ...."

I can access the folder via Internent Explorer but doesn't with web folders.

Is this possible with the accounts you provide?

This is a particlarly ropey part of windows...

It does work, on occasions. Click 'Add new web folder', enter 'http://www.yourdomain.com' as the domain, and click ok. It 'should' ask for a username and password, which should be the same as your ftp details for this account.
(I've never tried a subdirectory as the main login folder)

I have three set up. 2 work just fine, but the third one (on the same jodohost plan and account) has never worked. It appears to connect, but doesn't ask for my login details, then shows an empty folder and says '0 objects' at the bottom. Deleting it and trying again a dozen times has never worked with this domain.
I just tried it again to make sure I was telling you correctly, and this time it asked for my login details and worked perfectly...

So I tried another domain on the same account. No luck. It's a PoS.
