How to change folder/file permissions?

I want to change file/folder permissions (Windows hosting). How can I do this? The purpose is to run DotNetNuke. I just want to add the ASPNET account... Can I do this with the webshell?
 
For DotNetNuke, open a ticket requesting full asp.net permissions to be granted over your domain

You'll be able to change permissions yourself in HSphere 2.4
 
I can't find anywhere in Hsphere to change folder permissions... Nor in webshell. I couldn't find it in the help either. Can you point me in the right direction?

You can't do it. You have to open a ticket and they will do it for you.
