How to down load my MSsql table

I am new.
Any one please help me how to down load tables form MSsql or tell where I can find the steps.

http://www.aspenterprisemanager.com/ has MSsql login but I do not know how to down or up load tables.
Can I upload excel or access tables into my MSsql?

i think the most you can do is export the tables, rather than d/ling the DB as a whole.
